In reply to the document of the Hellenic Market Commission dated 05.02.2007 concerning clarifications on articles having the company PANTECHNIKI S.A participating in discussions with the company ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI- TEB S.A , we would like to inform you that in case of such a future cooperation - subject to the conditions invoked in the Hellenic and International construction field - we will inform in due course both the Hellenic Market Commission and the public.
