1. There are no associated companies and other associated parties, in the sense of the International Accounting Standards 24. The total fees of executive directors and management members, as well as their transactions for the period from 1 September till 30 September 2006 have as follows:
a) Sales of goods and services 0
b) Purchase of goods and services 0
c) Claims 0
d) Obligations 0
e) Transactions and fess of executive directors & management members 1.209,35 thousand euro
f) Demands by executive directors & management members 0
g) Obligations to executive directors & management members 931,61 thousand euro
2. The number of the employed personnel at the end of the respective period of the previous fiscal year was 189.
