The company announces the following issues:

1. The company has a court dispute with SOCIETE GENERALE BANK and two overseas suppliers, which will be judged on 06.12.2002 and for which a revocation or postponement is expected.

2. The company shifted the payment of the first, of three installments of equal amount, of the bond loan in order to proceed to its full pay · off through resources that it would gather form the intended company's share capital increase. The company has, up to date, paid off 1/3 of its total liability to the bank.

3. There has been no similar action from the other creditor banks apart from the above - mentioned bank.

4. The total liability amounts to Euro 1,139.106.70.

5. The reason for which the Athens Exchange was not notified is that the company had proceeded to actions regarding the settlement of the issue.
