In reply to your letter with no. 1315/24.3.2006, we hereby unequivocally state that we deny the press release to which you refer. Nevertheless, we consider that this correspondence has adverse effects on the relationship of the investors and the regulator with our company and we ask you to also take action towards the parties that disperse such unfounded "information". In relation to the above we refer you to our announcement of the 13/10/2005, pursuant to which we undertake towards yourselves and the investors to make timely announcements in case of any material corporate action or change.
