INFORMATICS S.A. informs the investing public that Mr.Georgios Kontos, considering the present conditions prevailing in the market and the adverse financial standing of the company, has submitted today his resignation letter to the company, as he feels that he is not in a position to offer substantial services to the company and does not want to burden it financially as a paid Member of the Board of Directors. At the same time, Mr.Kontos mentioned in his resignation letter that he leaves it up to the discretion of the company's General Meeting to accept his re-election if it considers that he will contribute to the company in the event the company manages to come out from the difficult position that is currently in, due to the lack of working capital. The Board of Directors of the company accepted the resignation of Mr.Kontos and decided not to proceed with his replacement.
