Resignation of Mr George Diamantis from the position of Vice President, Member of the Administrative Council, Share Holders Department and Member of Investment Committee of company and his replacementfrom Mr Ioannis Diamantis.

According to the Decision 5/204/14.11.2000 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission as well as the relative decisions of current legislation, the Administrative Council of company announces the resignation of Mr George Diamantis from the position of Vice President, Member of the Administrative Council, Share Holders Department and Member of Investment Committee of company and his replacement in the above duties from Mr Ioannis Diamantis.
