Cyprus Popular Bank Public Co Ltd (the “Bank”) further to its announcement dated 22.05.2012, announces that the resignation from the position of Member of the Board of Mr Platon Lanitis, who was the first to offer it to the Chairman of the Board of Directors some days ago, has been accepted. 

The Bank expresses sincere gratitude and thanks to Mr Platon Lanitis for his long service and valuable contribution to the Board of Directors of Laiki Bank.
