"ALPHA TRUST - ANDROMEDA Investment Trust S.A." announced that, following the approval of the five-year dividend reinvestment program (scrip dividend) for the period 2023–2028 by the Extraordinary General Meeting on July 26, 2023, 31.98% of the total share capital (excluding treasury shares) responded positively to the program by choosing to reinvest in the Company.

On Friday, June 13^th, 2025, the dividend payment will be made, and 56,613 new shares issued through the program are expected to begin trading on that date.
