ANNOUNCEMENT

HELLENIC SUGAR INDUSTRY S.A. announces that the member of the B.o.D. Mrs. Maria Tsiakiri submitted her resignation which was accepted at the 24.02.2012 session of the B.o.D.

Chairman and members of the B.o.D. thank Mrs. Tsiakiri for her fruitful cooperation.

At the same session the B.o.D. replaced Mrs. Tsiakiri with Mr. Paul Baroutas.
