The Board of Directors of Blue Star Maritime SA convened today and accepted the resignation of Non-Executive and Independent Board Member Mr D.Klados and replaced him with Mr George Karistinos.
In the same session, the Board proceeded in the assignment of offices and responsibilities to its Members as follows:
