The Company completed today the restructuring of its total indebtedness (short and long-term) through the signing of the relevant loan agreements. The signing ceremony took place on board the HSF KNOSSOS PALACE, with the participation of the Company and all its financing banks.

The Company's debt restructuring contributes to the rationalization of its annual financial obligations, allowing for full debt servicing through the operating cash flow.

The successful conclusion of the debt restructuring negotiations is attributed to the Company's satisfactory track record with its banks and the confidence the banks derive from the business potential and capabilities of the Company and its management.
