In line with its obligations deriving from Article 275(9-d) of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulations, EUROMEDICA S.A. would like to inform its shareholders and the investment public that during 2006 a tax audit for the 2003, 2004 and 2005 accounting periods for the parent company was completed and tax audit adjustments of Euro 987,000 arose. These adjustments will be imputed to the 2006 accounting period.
