In accordance with Article 4.1.1(2) of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook and Article 2 of Decision No. 25/15.4.2024 of the Exchange’s Executive Committee, "VOYATZOGLOU S.A." (the "Company") announces an amendment to its 2025 Financial Calendar, as initially published on 28.04.2025. The update concerns the Company’s intention to distribute a dividend and the related key dates.
The Board of Directors intends to propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for June 18, 2025, the distribution of a gross dividend of €442,750, or €0.07 per share, from the 2024 fiscal year profits.

The updated key dates are as follows:
• Cutoff date of the dividend: Monday,July 28, 2025
• Dividend beneficiaries (record date): Tuesday, July 29, 2025
• Start of Dividend Payment through a Banking Institution, which will be announced in a later announcement : Monday, August 4, 2025

These proposals are subject to approval by the General Meeting. Further details will be provided in a subsequent announcement.
The Company reserves the right to amend these dates or the contents of the Financial Calendar, subject to timely disclosure in accordance with Article 2.5 of the aforementioned Decision.
