Rilken S.A. announces that the negotiations with FAMAR SA of Marinopoulos Group have been completed and they signed the contracts of cooperation for the production of Rilken and Henkel Ηellas products by FAMAR.

The intention and the content of this cooperation were initially announced on 3rd August 2004.

The cooperation is effective as of 1/6/2005 and the duration of the contract is 5 years, expiring on 30/9/2010.

The scope and content remain as it was defined in the Letter of Intent.

This cooperation between Rilken and FAMAR will optimize the supply chain process and secure synergies and competitive cost.

Both parties expect this relation to become a long-term cooperation, not only between them but also with Henkel.
