The Board of Directors of Heracles General Cement Company S.A, by its resolution of July 13th 2006 appointed Saad Sebbar, presently General Manager Cement Operations of Heracles General Cement Company S.A. as the new Managing Director valid as of August 1st 2006. Saad Sebbar is succeeding Albert Corcos who maintains a position at the Board of Directors of the Company.Albert Corcos will undertake new responsibilities as Managing Director Cement South Africa for Lafarge.
