According to decision no.5/2004 (Article 4, par.1) of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission, the company VETERIN S.A. informs the investing public, according to the relevant notary deed of 24.10.2005, about the transfer of its field in the area of Aspropyrgos, Attica for the total amount of EUR 1,500,000. The said sale falls within the framework of the management's strategy seeking for a disinvestment of the company from non-operating assets, in order to enhance its working capital and reduce long-term banking loans.
