The Company's share capital increase through capitalization of reserves, with the issue of 4 new shares for every 10 old, approved from the Company's Extraordinary General Assembly on January 10, 2000 and ex date February 9, 2000, resulted in the issuance of fractional new shares amounting to seven (7) shares.

The Company intends to sell these shares on January 20, 2005 through EFG Eurobank Securities. The amount resulting from this transaction will be credited accordingly to the eligible shareholders.
