EFKLEIDIS TECHNICAL CO. S.A. informs the investing public that its BoD, during its session today, approved unanimously that the company would sell -via a transaction on the Athens Exchange S.A. -200,000 of its own common registered shares that were acquired via the ATHEX according to the Extraordinary General Meeting resolution of 31.03.2003. The lowest selling price of the aforesaid shares will amount to EUR 0.25 per share, while their issue will be carried out within the period from 8.11.2005 until 30.11.2005.
