The company CH.K. Tegopoulos Editions S.A. announces that according to from 27.01.2006 decision of the Administrative Council, according to the article 16, paragraph 13, Law 2190/1920, was decided the sale of same actions that possesses total number 436.630 in one half-year period, from 30.01.2006 till 30.07.2006 with inferior price of sale one Euro and fifty cents (1,50 ). The above mentioned actions were acquired in 2004 in concretisation of decisions of the Regular General Assembly of the 30.06.2003 and 19.04.2004.
