The BoD of the company K.KARDASSILARIS & SONS S.A. informs investors about the following a) the implementation of its relevant decision of June 7, 2005 concerning the sale of the company's 200,000 own shares and b) its decision, during its session on August 2, 2005 the company to sell 120,000 of its own shares for the period from 05/08/2005 until 31/12/2005, at a minimum selling price of euro 4.50 per share.
