AEGEK S.A. announced today that its Board of Directors, during its session on 7.11.2005, decided unanimously that the company would sell, via a transaction on the Athens Exchange S.A., part of the own common shares that it has acquired after the relevant General Meeting resolutions of 4.4.2003 and 29.6.2004, respectively. More specifically, in the period from 9.11.2005 until 9.5.2006, up to 2,000,000 common registered shares will be sold, at a lowest selling price of EUR 0.80 per common share.
