The company TERNA ENERGY S.A. announces that according to the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that TERNA SA, which is closely associated to Mr. Georgios Peristeris, Chairman of the Board of Directors of  TERNA ENERGY S.A., proceeded to the sale of  1,638 common nominal shares on December 4, 2013, of a total value of  5,748.00 €.
