The company CHIPITA INTERNATIONAL S.A. announced today that according to the relevant decision of its BoD on 24.10.2005 it would proceed with the sale of the total number of its 332,560 own shares. More specifically, the sale of the aforesaid shares will take place from 1.11.2005 until 31.12.2005 at a lowest selling price of EUR 2.90 per share.
