Schedule of Corporate Actions
In accordance with its obligations arising from article 292 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, AXON HOLDINGS S.A. announces, in order to inform its shareholders and investors in general that:
1. The Financial Results of the 2006 fiscal year were published in the Press on 30 March 2007, in the following newspapers: KERDOS and VIMA. On the same day the results were also posted on the company''s Website, in URL www.axonholdings.gr, as well as in the Website of the Athens Stock Exchange.
2. The annual briefing of analysts on the company''s financial results will take place on Friday, 18/5/2007.
3. The Ordinary General Assembly of the Company will be held on Friday, 29/6/2007.
4. With regard to fiscal year 2006, the Company Management has decided to propose to the General Assembly of shareholders not to distribute any dividend.
