The Annual Report for the financial year 2013/2014 according to the Law 3556/2007 will be announced and published: 25.09.2014 after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the Company's website (www.jumbo.gr) and on the Athens Stock Exchange website (www.helex.gr).
Analyst's Meeting on Company Results 2013/2014: 01.10.2014

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2013/2014: 17.10.2014
The ex- dividend date: 22.10.2014. Ex- dividend date, that is after the 17.10.2014, which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the FTSE/ATHEX Large Cap index.  
Dividend beneficiaries -Record date: 23.10.2014.
Dividend payment date: 30.10.2014.
