INTRACOM HOLDINGS announces the Schedule of intended Corporate Actions, according to article 292 par. 2 of the Athens Exchange regulations, as follows:
- March 30, 2007 - Publication of 2006 Annual Financial Statements and Annual Consolidated Financial Statements.
- May 2007 - Annual presentation of 2006 financial results to analysts.
There will be a further Announcement by the Company regarding the exact date.
- June 29, 2007 - Annual General Meeting of Company shareholders.
Dividend beneficiaries, the holders of Company Registered shares at the end of trading on July 2nd, 2007.
- July 03, 2007 - Ex-Dividend date (use of 2006).
- July 11, 2007 - Commencement of Dividend payment via a financial institution.
There will be a further Announcement by the Company regarding the dividend payout process.
