Second Center of Gastronomy & Honor in Favor from the French Company ELLE&VIRE

The Company STELIOS KANAKIS S.A. announces the operation of a new professional personnel training center concerning the pastry- making and bakery branch. The center shall operate in Thessaloniki, within the new branch of the company (VIPE- Sindos). It is the second center of gastronomy under the trade name Thessaloniki Center of Gastronomy. This center has been created based on the model of the Athens Center of Gastronomy, which is owned by the company in Athens. The successful course both of the company STELIOS KANAKIS S.A. in the specific market area , as well as of the first center of gastronomy, Athens Center of Gastronomy, was rewarded through the award of a prize- honor from the top French Company in the cream and milk products production under the trade name ELLE&VIRE. This reward constitutes a significant honor for the Company STELIOS KANAKIS S.A. given that it acknowledges the successful cooperation of the two companies. Furthermore, it confirms the Athens Center of Gastronomy''s systematical efforts to form an effective "tool", useful to the all professionals of taste, and especially those who truly wish to evolve in a greater level regarding the tasteful creation and to totally contribute in the qualitative upgrading of the market area. From the October of 2003 the Athens Center of Gastronomy operates within STELIOS KANAKIS S.A.''S premises. Each year series of seminars and demonstrations- exhibitions are organized aiming at the constant information concerning the new trends and evolutions in the gastronomy''s branch. Mr Stelios Kanakis, managing director of the company STELIOS KANAKIS S.A., received, in the name of the company, the aforementioned award in the traditional gala organized by the French company in the Cafe de l'' Homme during the International Exhibition SIAL in Paris.
