CORPARETE ACTIONS

• After consideration of the new relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the suspension of trading placed on the shares of the companies "VIOHALCO SA/NV" (BE0974271034) and "CENERGY HOLDINGS S.A." (BE0974303357), as of 15:45, is lifted on ATHEX.
• After consideration of the relevant request of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the trading of the shares of the companies "VIOHALCO SA/NV" (BE0974271034) and "CENERGY HOLDINGS S.A." (BE0974303357) is suspended on ATHEX.
• The trading of the 4,293,268 own (CR) shares of the company "TERNA ENERGY S.A." (GRS496003005) ceases and they are cancelled from the ATHEX. On November 12, 2020, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 115,855,090 (CR) shares.
• Tthe trading of the 119,596,817 (CR) shares of the company "P.G. NIKAS S.A." (GRS111003018), (par value of €0.04 per share) is suspended and the aforementioned shares are deleted from the OASIS Trading System, in order to be replaced by 39,865,605 new (CR) shares (par value of €0.12 per share), which resulted from the recent Reverse share Split. The start date of trading of the new shares, with new par value of €0.12 per share and with adjusted start share price of €1.800  is set at November 17, 2020.
• Following the share capital decrease of the company "DOPPLER S.A." (GRS502003007), the shares of the latter are traded on the "Alternative Market" of ATHEX under the new par value of €0.10 (from €0.19) per share.
