As of September 1, 2025, the 13,998,756 new (CR) shares of the company “METLEN ENERGY & METALS PLC” (GB00BTQGS779) are admitted to trading on the ATHEX resulting from the acquisition - from the aforementioned company - of shares of the listed company “METLEN ENERGY & METALS S.A.” (GRS393503008), as part of the completion of the voluntary share exchange tender offer. As of the same date, the new total number of listed shares of “METLEN ENERGY & METALS PLC” traded on the ATHEX amounts to 143,022,980 (CR) shares.
