CORPORATE ACTIONS

The 273,961,959 new (CB) shares of the company "HALCOR S.A." are admitted to trading on the ATHEX following the recent share capital increase due to the merger by absorption of the company "ELVAL S.A.", according to the following shares' exchange ratios: a) each shareholder of the company "ELVAL S.A." will exchange each 0.0987220346164922 share held with 1 new (CB) share of the company "HALCOR S.A.", b) the shareholders of the company " HALCOR S.A." will retain the number of shares held.  As of February 1, 2018, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 375,241,586 (CB) shares, with new par value of € 0.39 per share, new company name "ELVALHALCOR HELLENIC COPPER AND ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A.", new distinctive title "ELVALHALCOR S.A." and new OASIS Code  "ELHA".

The 313,278 new (CR) shares of the company "FOURLIS S.A." (GRS096003009) start trading on the ATHEX following the recent share capital increase due to the Stock Option Plan, exercised by 22 executives of the company, at an issue price of €3.34 per share. On February 1, 2018, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 51,643,688 (CR) shares.
