CORPORATE ACTIONS

The 6,500,000 new (CR) shares of the company "AVE S.A." (GRS489003004) are admitted to trading on the ATHEX following the share capital increase realized as a result of the capitalization of third party claims to the company, waiving the old shareholders' pre-emption rights. On September 1, 2020, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 136,014,137 (CR) shares with new par value of €0.04 (from €0.30) per share.
