CORPORATE ACTIONS

As of February 2, 2026, and following the change in the share capital of the company “EUROPEAN INNOVATION SOLUTIONS S.A.” (GRS439003005), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the new par value of €0.10 per share and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.05 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.
