CHANGES IN ATHEX MARKET INDICES

The Athens Stock Exchange announces that according to the Ground Rules for the management of the indices, the shares of the company «PLAISIO COMPUTERS S.A.» will be removed from the composition of the indices due to low free float.  

In detail, the following changes will be implemented:

• ATHEX Composite Price Index & ATHEX Total Return Composite Index

The shares of the company are removed from the composition of the indices and replaced by the shares of the company «INFORM P. LYKOS HOLDINGS S.A.» with free float band 21% and capping factor 1.0.

• ATHEX Select Index

The shares of the company are removed from the composition of the index and replaced by the shares of the company «INFORM P. LYKOS HOLDINGS S.A.» with free float band 21% and capping factor 1.0.

• ATHEX ESG Index

The shares of the company are removed from the composition of the index and replaced by the shares of the company «ELTON S.A.» with weight factor 7.48% and capping factor 1.0.

• FTSE/ATHEX Mid Cap Index

The shares of the company are removed from the composition of the index and replaced by the shares of the company «ALUMIL ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY S.A.» with free float band 21%.

• FTSE/ATHEX Market Index

The shares of the company are removed from the composition of the index without immediate replacement.

• FTSE/ATHEX High Dividend Yield Index

The shares of the company are removed from the composition of the index and replaced by the shares of the company «TITAN CEMENT INTERNATIONAL S.A.» with free float band 53% and capping factor 0.381544.

• FTSE/ATHEX Retail Index

The shares of the company are removed from the composition of the index without immediate replacement.
