In accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors' Decision No 3/840/15.03.2019 and following the approval of the request of the company "KAZAR S.A." for squeeze out right, the trading of the shares of the company "DRUCKFARBEN HELLAS S.A." (GRS308003003) on ATHEX is ceased.

In accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors' Decision No 4/840/15.03.2019 and following the approval of the request of the company "NEXANS PARTICIPATIONS S.A." for squeeze out right, the trading of the shares of the company "NEXANS HELLAS S.A." (GRS079103008) on ATHEX is ceased.

In accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors' Decision No 2/840/15.03.2019 and following the approval of the request of the company "HELLENIC HELTHCARE SINGLE-MEMBER HOLDINGS S.A." for squeeze out right, the trading of the shares of the company "DIAGNOSTIC & THERAPEUTIC CENTER OF ATHENS HYGEIA" (GRS445003007) on ATHEX is ceased.
