As of June 2, 2025, following the decision of the ATHEX Listings and Market Operation Committee of May 30, 2025, and following the implementation of the ATHEX Rulebook:

• the trading of the shares of the companies  “YALCO - CONSTANTINOU S.A.” (GRS249003005), “BIOTER S.A.” (GRS135003002), “BITROS HOLDING S.A.” (GRS092103001) and “THE HOUSE OF AGRICULTURE SPIROY S.A.” (GRS284183001)  are temporarily suspended on ATHEX.

• the shares of the company “WOOL INDUSTRY TRIA ALFA S.A.” (GRS059063008) will be trading on the Main Market of ATHEX.    

• the shares of the company “PROODEFTIKH TECHNICAL COMPANY S.A.” (GRS184003002) will be trading on the Main Market of ATHEX.

• the (CR) & (PR) shares of the company “N. LEVENTERIS S.A.” (GRS090003005, GRS090004003) are transferred to the Surveillance Category.
