CORPORATE ACTIONS

The 8,370 new (CR) shares of the company "FORTHNET S.A." (GRS406003004) are admitted to trading on ATHEX following the conversion of 8,370 bonds, at a conversion price of €0.30 per bond. (GRS137003000), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the final par value of € 0.30 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of € 0.02 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.

The 1,000,000 items of the GREEK TREASURY BILLS are admitted to trading on the ATHEX, (issue date 15/06/2018, one year duration, ISIN GR0004112380, fixed interest rate of  1.09% and nominal value of  €1,000).

CASH DISTRIBUTIONS

The shares of the company "HELLENIC PETROLEUM S.A." (GRS298343005) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the right for the remaining dividend for the fiscal year 2017, amounting to €0.25 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €0.2125 per share).

The shares of the company "GENERAL COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL S.A." (GRS137003000) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the right for the dividend for the fiscal year 2017, amounting to €0.010 per share.
