The 5,007,000 new (CR) shares of the company "EUROXX SECURITIES S.A." (GRS501003008) are admitted to trading on the "Alternative Market" of ATHEX following the recent share capital increase due to the merger by absorption of the non-listed company "ATTICA INVESTMENTS S.A.". As of February 3, 2020, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 14,791,000 (CR) shares.

Following the share capital decrease of the company "DOPPLER S.A." (GRS502003007), the shares of the latter are traded on the "Alternative Market" of ATHEX under the new par value of €0.19 (from €0.36) per share.
