On August 03, 2017, the total number of the bank's listed shares amounts to 436,659,164 (CR) shares, of new ISIN Code GRS014003024, final value of €6.00 per share and with adjusted start share price of €4.64. Moreover, the suspension of trading placed on the warrants (GRR000000044) of the bank is lifted.

a) The 5,079,526 (CR) shares of the company "INTRACOM CONSTRUCTIONS S.A.TECHN & STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS" are admitted to trading on the ATHEX, following the conversion from the recent share Reverse Split, in replacement of the 25,397,633 old (CR) shares of the company, b) following the share capital decrease, the share par value of the same company decreases from €6.80 to €0.30. On August 03, 2017, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 5,079,526 (CR) shares, of new ISIN Code GRS432003028, final par value of €0.30 per share - after the decrease of the share capital -  and with adjusted start share price of € 2.79.

The shares of the company "BRIQ PROPERTIES REIC" (GRS517003000) are traded on the ATHEX with a fluctuating floor/ceiling trading limit ±30%.
