• the 129,024,224 (CR) shares of the company “METLEN ENERGY & METALS PLC ” are admitted to trading on the Main Market of ATHEX, under the “Utilities” sector. The OASIS Code is “MTLN”, the ISIN Code is GB00BTQGS779 and the start price of trading is set at €47.1600. For the first three trading days, the daily share price fluctuation limit will be ±60%.

   

• the shares of the company “VIDAVO S.A.” (GRS511003006) are traded on the Alternative Market of ATHEX ex-rights in terms of 0.223982454707714562 new (CR) share for every 1 old (CR) share held - with issue of 192,000 new CR shares - at an issue price of €2.58 per share. The rights’ trading period is set from August 7, 2025, to August 14, 2025 (included). The rights’ subscription period is set from August 7, 2025, to August 20, 2025 (included).                                             
   

  It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook, to the Rules of Operation of Alternative Market and to the decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, as in effect, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session of August 4, 2025, are set as follows: +10% at the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (01/08/2025): €4.6800 and -10% at the adjusted start share price: €4.3000.

   

• the trading of the 1,694,198 own (CR) shares of the company “JUMBO S.A.” (GRS282183003) ceases and they are cancelled from the ATHEX. On August 4, 2025, the total number of the company’s listed shares amounts to 134,365,561  (CR) shares.

As of 04/08/2025, the shares of the company "P.P.A.  S.A." (GRS470003013) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the amount €1.920 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €1.824 per share).
