CORPORATE ACTIONS

Following the share capital decrease of the company "CARS MOTORCYCLES AND MARINE ENGINE TRADE AND IMPORT COMPANY S.A." (GRS488003005), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the new par value of €0.36 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.04 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.

CASH DISTRIBUTIONS

The shares of the company "SPACE HELLAS S.A." (GRS402003008) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the amount €0.07 per share, which resulted from the distribution of reserves. The above amount is subject to the tax pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €0.0595 per share).
