The Hellenic Certificates (EL.PIS.) for the shares of the company "MERMEREN KOMBINAT A.D. PRILEP" (GRK014011008) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the dividend resulting from accumulated profits until 31/12/2015, amounting to €1.00 per EL.PIS., which is subject to the tax imposed pursuant to the current legislation (Net amount: €0.75 EL.PIS.).
