CORPORATE ACTIONS

a) the 6,601,378 new (CR) shares of the company "KEKROPS S.A." are admitted to trading on the ATHEX, following the conversion from the recent share Reverse Split, in replacement of the 13,202,756 old (CR) shares of the company, b) following the share capital decrease, the share par value of the same company decreases from € 0.70 to € 0.30. On July 05, 2017, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 6,601,378 (CR) shares, of new ISIN Code GRS070003009, final par value of € 0.30 per share -after the decrease of the share capital -  and with adjusted start share price of € 0.500.

REMOVAL FROM TRADING SYSTEMS

In accordance with the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Board of Directors' Decision No 789/03.07.2017, the shares of the company "ASTIR PALACE VOULIAGMENI S.A." (GRS388163008), are removed from the trading systems of ATHEX.
