(GRS145003000), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the final par value of €0.57 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.12 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.

The shares of the company "KORDELLOS CH. BROS S.A." (GRS384003000) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange ex-dividend for the fiscal year 2021, amounting to €0.02 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €0.019 per share).
