• The shares of the company "KEKROPS S.A."  (GRS070003009) are traded on the ATHEX without the right to participate in the share capital increase, with the issue of 13,202,756 new (CR) shares, at an issue price of €0.37 per share. The rights' trading period is set from November 9, 2017 to November 20, 2017, included. The rights' subscription period is set from November 9, 2017 to November 23, 2017, included.
  It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook and to decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session on November 06, 2017, are set as follows: +30% at the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (03/11/2017):  €0.620 and -30% at the adjusted share price: €0.453.
•  The shares of the company "EUROCONSULTANTS S.A."  (GRS439003005) are traded on the ATHEX without the right to participate in the share capital increase, with the issue of 2,874,408 new (CR) shares, at an issue price of €0.30 per share. The rights' trading period is set from November 9, 2017 to November 20, 2017, included. The rights' subscription period is set from November 9, 2017 to November 23, 2017, included.
  It is clarified, according to article 2.6.3. of the ATHEX Rulebook and to decisions No 22 & 26 of the ATHEX BoD, that the fluctuation price limits of the share price only for the trading session on November 06, 2017, are set as follows: +10% at the closing share price of the ATHEX last trading session (03/11/2017):  €0.330 and -10% at the adjusted share price: €0.323.
• Following the share capital increase and decrease ? equal in amount - of the company "PHILIPPOS NAKAS S.A." (GRS387503006), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the final par value of € 0.60 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of € 0.10 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.
