CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF ATHEX INDICES

The changes that will be implemented in the composition of the ATHEX Stock Market Indices following the announcement of the company «KARATZIS S.A.» of 14/04/2020 in accordance with the provisions of the index Ground Rules are the followings:

• ATHEX Composite Price Index

The shares of the companies «KARATZIS S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «PAPOUTSANIS S.A.» with investability weight 33% and capping factor 1.0.

• ATHEX Composite Index Total Return Index

The shares of the companies «KARATZIS S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «PAPOUTSANIS S.A.» with investability weight 33% and capping factor 1.0.

• ATHEX Mid & Small Cap Price Index

The shares of the company «PAPOUTSANIS S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «BIOKARPET S.A.» with investability weight 29%.

• FTSE/ATHEX Global Traders Index Plus

The shares of the companies «KARATZIS S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «PAPOUTSANIS S.A.» with investability weight 33% and capping factor 1.0.

• FTSE/ATHEX Global Traders Index

The shares of the company «KARATZIS S.A.» are removed from the index without immediate replacement.

• FTSE/ATHEX Mid & Small Cap Factor Weight Index

The shares of the companies «KARATZIS S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «NEWSPHONE HELLAS S.A.» with investability weight 53% and capping factor 1.0.
