SHARES' FORCED SALES

According to the decisions 174/29.11.2019, 174Α/05.12.2019 & 174Β/28.09.2020 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the following shares will be auctioned:

• 236,981 (CR) shares of "PROFILE SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE S.A." (GRS472003011)

The start price for the auction of shares is set at minus ten percent (-10%) of the closing price of the share on October 7, 2020.
