• and following the share capital decrease and increase of the company “UNIBIOS HOLDINGS S.A.” (GRS084003011), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the final par value of €0.30 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.025 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.

• the 1,263,707,073 new (CR) shares of the company "INTRALOT S.A." (GRS343313003) start trading on the ATHEX following the recent share capital increase due to: i) contribution in kind and ii) payment in cash. On October 9, 2025, the total number of the company’s listed shares amounts to 1,867,802,694 (CR) shares.

As of 09/10/2025, the shares of the company "ATTICA PUBLICATIONS S.A." (GRS340263003) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the amount €0.01 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €0.0095 per share).
