CORPORATE ACTIONS

Following the equal share capital increase and decrease of the company "IDEAL HOLDINGS S.A." (GRS148003015), the shares of the latter are traded on the ATHEX under the final par value of €0.40 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.07 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.

CASH DISTRIBUTIONS

The shares of the company "KTIMA KOSTAS LAZARIDIS S.A." (GRS354003006) are traded on the Athens Stock Exchange ex-dividend for the fiscal year 2021, amounting to €0.03 per share. The above dividend amount is subject to the tax imposed on dividends pursuant to the current legislation (net amount: €0.0285 per share).

NOTE

The period set for subscription for the excercise of the right to aquire the warrants issued by ATTICA BANK S.A. (GRR000000077) ceases.
