On November 9, 2022, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 363,341,859 (CR) shares.

Following the share capital decrease of the company "PHOENIX VEGA MEZZ PLC" (CY0109561015), the shares of the latter are traded on the EN.A. PLUS category of ATHEX under the new par value of €0.0356 per share, and excluding the right to participate in the capital return of €0.0144 per share - through a cash payment - to the shareholders of the company.
