CORPORATE ACTIONS

a) The 3,125,463 new (CR) shares of the company "UNIBIOS HOLDINGS S.A." are admitted to trading on the ATHEX, following the conversion from the recent share Reverse Split, in replacement of the 15,627,315 old (CR) shares of the company, b) following the share capital decrease, the share par value of the same company decreases from € 1.50 to € 0.30. On February 10, 2017, the total number of the company's listed shares amounts to 3,125,463 (CR) shares, of new ISIN Code GRS084003011, final par value of € 0.30 per share -after the decrease of the share capital -  and with adjusted start share price of € 0.435.
